Petr Cech a doubt for the North London derby

Published on 7th February 2018 by

According to the Telegraph, Petr Cech is likely to miss Saturday’s North London with the injury he got against Everton. After landing awkwardly he was forced off the field.

David Ospina is likely to take Cech’s spot. After playing predominately cup competitions the injury to Cech may give Ospina a run in the league.

One of Cech’s last games in goal for Arsenal before injury was against Swansea when he made an uncharacteristic error. He later took to Twitter to apologise.

Some Arsenal fans did not seem to upset that the Czech international would be missing the game.
